Each KLENIMORE® patch features a circular array of ultra-fine, ingredient-filled microdarts. When pressed onto clean, dry skin, the dissolvable tips are designed to form tiny temporary pathways, allowing the cosmetic ingredients to be delivered directly at the application area.
The microdarts are made with crystallized hyaluronic acid and a biomimetic peptide blend. The surrounding hydrocolloid backing helps hold the patch in place during the one-hour application.

The top hydrocolloid layer helps protect the patch and keep it stable. A flexible adhesive ring helps maintain skin contact. Underneath, the ingredient-filled microdarts are arranged across the center of the patch.
The microdarts are extremely small and are intended to dissolve during use. This makes the product a single-use patch rather than a reusable microneedling device.
How the one-hour routine works
Clean and completely dry the skin
Avoid applying lotion, body oil or cream before placing the patch.
Remove the protective film
Hold the patch around the edge and avoid touching the center microdart area.
Position and press firmly
Apply one patch to each side of the chosen area and gently press for several seconds.
Leave in place for approximately one hour
Relax while the dissolvable microdarts and cosmetic ingredients remain in contact with the skin.
Remove and discard
Each patch is intended for one use. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.
